This is a 12-week, 4-day per week, strength and hypertrophy program. Though the program emphasizes chest development, there is a focus on total body strength and size. Also, there is a near-identical arm specialization program option located at the very end of the manual. How to run either program is laid out in clear detail.

In order to run this program optimally, having some access to commercial gym equipment (like dumbbells, some cables/pulleys, and an EZ Curl bar) would be ideal, but not entirely necessary.
